At Restoration Outreach Community Center, we’re dedicated to enhancing and building the community. The Restoration Outreach Community Center (ROCC) is a faith-based charitable ministry located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Its primary purpose is to build the Kingdom of God by using the premises of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to serve, heal, restore and build individuals and families in the church and community.
